Alta Lumina sessions must be booked online. As we don’t have a ticket office on site, we can’t guarantee you any seats or opportunities to buy tickets at the course reception desk. During our summer and winter seasons, you can buy tickets at the Les Gets ski lift ticket offices – payment methods accepted: cash, credit card and holiday vouchers.
When you make your purchase, you will receive a QR-code ticket by e-mail, which you will need to present on the day of your visit, in order to limit paper printing.
Ideally, visitors should arrive no later than 20 minutes before the start of their session, so that they can enjoy the setting and benefit from our guides’ instructions before entering the experience.
For any further information or special cases not listed below, please do not hesitate to contact us either by e-mail at info@altalumina.com or by telephone on 04 50 758 758.
The Alta Lumina route takes place entirely outdoors, in the forest. We depend on darkness to open the first sessions. The 800m walk is signposted and safe. You’re on a hilly path with varying gradients and steps at the entrance. The entire route takes an average of 1 hour to complete, depending on the pace you choose. Our team will be on hand throughout to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Due to the particular topography of our site, we do not recommend the use of pushchairs. We strongly advise you to use a baby carrier. In winter, pushchairs and sleds are prohibited for reasons of safety and practicability.
The Alta Lumina route can be uncomfortable for people with reduced mobility, walking difficulties or balance problems depending on the type of mobility, weather and snow conditions. So don’t hesitate to contact us beforehand to make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible.
The Alta Lumina experience does not allow pets. The light and sound effects (similar in intensity to fireworks) may not be suitable for animals and may cause reactions that could endanger other visitors, our guides and park security. No refunds will be given if your visit involves a pet.As our guides are responsible for ensuring the safety of the experience, they cannot be called upon to look after pets.
